Extremely unfriendly staff. Insurance was just added to our bill without asking, which made it very expensive. We also weren't asked if pedal or handbreak bike which makes some difference in the price. Bikes are OK, quite comfy however breaks could need some adjustment. We for sure won't rent bikes there again, very disappointing experience.

Chose black bikes for the location convenience to zuid station but it was fab, bikes were great, reliable, dependable. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. No problems at all, worth every penny. Definitely the best way to explore Amsterdam!

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Rental price seemed high compared to other local shops, and the bikes were not well maintained. Light didn't work, and brakes needed adjustment. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
